What are your office opening hours?
Our offices are open Monday to Friday 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding national holidays.

How do you deliver to the customers?
We use company vehicles and motor rides for quick deliveries within Nairobi and its environs. We have contracted Fargo Courier Limited for deliveries outside Nairobi.
How soon do I receive my supplies?
We recognize time is critically of essence in the medical industry. Our commitment is to deliver to your door step same day in Nairobi and its environs once an order is placed. Outside Nairobi deliveries are done on the subsequent working day.
Do you provide product training?
Yes, we have highly trained staff that offer product and technical training to ensure safe use of equipment and reagents for quality results.
Do you offer warranty and Repairs on equipment?
Yes, we offer warranty on our equipment. We have highly trained biomedical engineers who provide installation services, maintenance and repairs for all the equipment that we supply in conformity to manufacturers specifications.
